At 2pm on October 9, 2018, the Summary meeting of teaching and research work and classroom teaching training and exhibition activities in the northern region of Haidian was held in the classroom on the third floor of Yongfeng School, High School affiliated to Tsinghua University。Zhao Xia, chief of basic Education Section 1, Haidian District Education Commission，Haidian District Education Commission basic education Section 2 deputy section chief Zhang Yan，Haidian District Education Commission basic education Section II Wang Ye deputy section chief，Haidian District hot spring Sujiatuo school district Xie Xiangdong teacher，Haidian District Shangzhuang Northwest Wang School District teacher Tian Guoxin，Mr. Meng Weidong, executive principal of Yongfeng High School affiliated to Tsinghua University, attended the meeting，Teachers of various disciplines from the Northern Research and Training Center participated in the meeting as guests。The meeting was chaired by Jing Baosheng, director of the Northern Research and Training Center。

First of all, President Meng Weidong delivered a speech as a leader of the host school。President Meng welcomed the leaders and guests attending the meeting。President Meng pointed out that since the establishment of the Northern Research Center, a series of targeted, generative and practical teaching and research activities have been carried out, and teachers at different levels such as discipline teaching and research leaders, backbone teachers and young teachers have benefited a lot. Yongfeng School, as a beneficiary school, expressed sincere gratitude to the Northern Research Center。At the same time, President Meng expressed his sincere congratulations to the teachers of the Brothers School who participated in the classroom teaching training and demonstration activities in the northern region。As a participating school, Principal Meng pointed out that the activity really reached the goal of "promoting teachers and students' learning, promoting professional training, and promoting teachers and students' growth", and effectively improved the classroom teaching level of front-line young teachers。Finally, the school hopes that the expert team of the Northern Research and Training Center can continue to innovate the mechanism of teaching and research activities, guide the front-line teachers to grasp the direction of education reform, and make our joint efforts and contributions to improving the teaching level of the northern Haidian region, promoting the balanced development of education, and running the basic education that the people trust and are satisfied with。

After that, Jing Baosheng, director of the Northern Research and Training Center, made a report on the background and purpose of the meeting, the work of the Northern Research and training Center and the summary of teaching and research work, the summary of classroom teaching and training and exhibition activities in the northern region, and the work planning of the research and training center in the new academic year。In his speech, Director Jing affirmed the importance of each school to the classroom teaching training and demonstration activities in the northern region, affirmed that each school gave full play to the crystallization of the collective wisdom of the teaching and research group, young teachers grew rapidly in the activity, and the implementation of the core quality of subject teaching。At the same time, Director Jing also pointed out the problems such as inter-school imbalance revealed in the activity, and encouraged each school to make targeted improvements。

Next, the North Research and Training Center awarded certificates to the teachers who won prizes in the teaching design and classroom teaching exhibition, and issued the first batch of discipline teaching and research studios and chief teacher certificates。The English and Chinese Teaching and Research Group of our school was appointed as the first subject teaching and research studio, and the English teacher Li Ping and the Chinese teacher Ye Ying were appointed as the chief teachers。

Afterwards, Li Ruiling, English teacher from Heping Primary School, and Sui Lu, Biology teacher from our school, gave speeches on behalf of the teachers who participated in the classroom teaching training and demonstration activities。The topic of Ms. Li Ruiling's speech is "Growth and Change -- on the whole teaching design of the unit".。Ms. Li shared her views on challenges and gains, team growth, and student changes。Ms. Li talked about the challenges she faced in the overall instructional design of the unit. After experiencing the challenges, she gained a deeper understanding of the textbook, a deeper understanding of the instructional activity design situation, and a feeling that the supplementary resources were determined by the theme。

Professor Sui Lu from the Biology Group of Yongfeng School of Tsinghua High School gave a speech entitled "Promoting Development by teaching display and Enhancing career Happiness based on normal conditions"。Teacher Sui Lu, in combination with the specific practices and feelings of lesson preparation - in class - after class in the exhibition activity, answered the question of how to promote the development of normal lessons with teaching display, so as to enhance career happiness through the summary of six gains。In her speech, Teacher Sui Lu combined with subject teaching, said that in the new round of curriculum standard reform, the content focuses on big concepts, so it is of great significance to study curriculum standards and academic standards, sort out the concept map of teachers' teaching, and guide students to draw the concept map。She also shared concept drawings of herself and her students。At the same time, in combination with the generative problems encountered in the classroom, Teacher Sui Lu shared her thoughts on the design of the classroom teaching problem string, that is, how to guide the direction of the development of students' thinking through the design of the problem string, so as to promote the development of students。

After that, Tang Pei, teaching director of Haidian School, made a speech as a representative of the school。Director Tang expressed his thoughts on the preparation and harvest of the activity from the school level, and shared the specific practices of the school in the preparation work, especially emphasizing the strength of the team。

Zhao Xia, chief of the first Section of basic Education of Haidian Education Committee, and Zhang Yan, deputy chief of the second section of basic education of Haidian Education Committee, respectively made a summary speech to the conference。From different perspectives, the two leaders proposed that in the future, they will vigorously support the professional development of teachers in the northern region, innovate mechanisms, provide services and platforms, and further help the northern region to improve the level of education and teaching。
